Business Process Reform & DX Promotion

We organize the current state of business processes and workloads, and work to identify and address the challenges involved in leveraging the standard functionality of ERP packages.
Utilizing a variety of digital tools and generative AI, we redesign business processes not only to improve operational efficiency but also to create new added value. As this involves cross-organizational efforts, we also provide advice drawing on our proven expertise regarding the establishment of internal structures and talent development on the client's side.
By advancing these initiatives in coordination and in parallel with the ERP package implementation, we contribute to maximizing the return on investment from the core system deployment.

Client-Side PMO Support

We centrally monitor and control overall project progress, quality assurance, risk management, and more from the client's perspective, supporting the execution of projects in accordance with the plan. Specifically, our services include evaluating the validity of project plans, visualizing and reporting progress, early identification of issues and risks along with countermeasure planning, support for negotiations with vendors, and facilitation of communication among project stakeholders.
